Community. Commit. Achieve.

  • Commitment leads to result - Our program is for families & players who are ready to commit to something and see results from that commitment.
  • Make Tennis Fun & Engaging - There are plenty of formats out there that will not engage or get a junior excited about playing tennis. We have a proven system that makes it fun, builds community, and gives them step-by-step guidance on how to progress.
  • Community - You are stepping into a community, making friends for life, and one day looking back knowing how much you were loved and cared for.
  • Accessible - Make tennis affordable so players can play all year without worrying about the cost.
  • Choose a Pathway (see below). Commit to the program and achieve.
  • Real mentorship - Our success comes from one experienced coach looking after them, not just in technical instruction and strategy, but in developing them as a whole person.

Your pathway

Commit.  Achieve.

The Journey from Potential to Performance. The pathways are valid goals for your player. Pick your pathway then commit for real and achieve.

Elementary/Middle School: Building The Foundation

Make tennis fun while making friends. Forge an identity as a tennis person and oh by the way, get really good so they excel on the middle school team, on the high school team someday and in tournaments playing against the area's best.

High School: Achieve

By the time they are in high school they are seasoned experienced player and excel in high school. Making varsity as a freshman, competing for a state title, making all-State are all within range for the committed player/family. Generation Five is working now to reach what Generation 1-4 have already done.

College & Beyond: Opportunites Abound

At this stage tennis has opened up a window of opportunities the player would not have had otherwise in friendships, opportunities, experiences, dealing with adversity, achievement making them ready to handle anything in life. College tennis is just one and for the most committed player/family going pro is another one. We want future generations to take it further than any prior generation.

Beyond the Court

How Matrix shaped Morgane’s journey to college tennis

For Morgane Flournoy, tennis became more than a sport; it became a pathway. Through discipline, competition, and resilience, her time at Matrix helped prepare her for the demands of college athletics and life beyond the baseline. Her story is a powerful reminder that the opportunities created here extend far beyond wins and rankings.
